HOW IT WORKS
We’ll start with a free 20 minute assessment call. You’ll find a link below to schedule that!
From there you’ll schedule your first consultation and fill out the accompanying forms.
The program is divided into 4 steps - 1 step each month for 4 months.
Each step begins with a face-to-face session establishing goals & procedures while growing other steps.
Each step includes weekly progressions, journal entry feedback, recipes & meal plans & TONS of helpful guides.
You’ll also receive 25% off Supplements & Other Goodies through my Fullscript account.
After 4 months we’ll meet once more before you confidently move forward on your own.
By this time you’ll have all the tools you need to support yourself, but I will be available for support as needed.

1 Free Assessment
20 minutes to discuss your health goals and determine if this program is right for you.
1 Initial Consult
90 minutes to discuss your health history and food journal, set individualized goals, explain foundational recommendations and accountability options.
3 Follow-up Sessions
60 minutes to evaluate progress and build on previous recommendations.
1 Send-Off Session
30 minutes to discuss the next steps in your health journey.
