HOW IT WORKS
We’ll start with a free 20 minute assessment call. You’ll find a link below to schedule that!
From there you’ll schedule your first consultation and fill out the accompanying forms.
The program is divided into 6 steps - 1 step each month.
Each step will begin with a face-to-face session establishing its goals & procedures while growing other steps.
There will also be weekly check-ins & feedback on daily journal entries to keep you engaged & motivated.
At the end of 6 months we’ll meet once more to recap everything you achieved and you’ll go on your way.
By this time you’ll have the confidence you need to support yourself, but I will be available if needed.
